Registration:
Soccer registrations are now handled online through an interactive .pdf located here: Soccer 2008 registration. PLEASE NOTE: Adobe Acrobat Reader 6 or above will be needed to view the form.

Fee:
The fee is $100. Payment is by check only. Please make your check payable to St. Michael Parish Soccer. You may drop off your check/completed form in the school office between the hours of 7:45am and 3:00pm. For after-hours drop-off, place your check in an envelope (marked “Soccer Fee”) and place it through the mail slot on the school office door. Donations are appreciated and will help fund the league. They may be included the fee.
